Born on July 25, 1984, Attorney Zekican BALCI successfully completed his high school education at İzmir Private Turkish College between 1998 and 2002. He received his undergraduate legal education at the Faculty of Law of Istanbul Ticaret University.

Attorney BALCI began his professional career in January 2010 as a trainee attorney at Yankol Law Office in Marmaris. Following his internship period, he continued to work at the same law office as an attorney from May 2011 to January 2013.

Since January 2013, he has been carrying out his professional practice as the founding partner of BALCI LAW OFFICE. With his legal knowledge and extensive experience, he provides his clients with comprehensive and effective legal consultancy and attorneyship services.
